Here’s my take on Hera Syndulla’s A-wing, brush painted with Vallejo acrylics and weathered with chalk pastels:

Since alien space pilot ladies are something of a niche market, I made an attempt at making Hera’s head-tails using green stuff putty, and tried to approximate her flight suit and jacket:
