Do any of you know how to make realistic stained glass windows for a church?
I would use clear plastic packaging and markers with a fine tipped black Sharpie as the leaded joints.
I came across a page on the Woodland Scenics site that describes doing this with paints and markers, although not in very much detail:

Scroll down to the example that says “Stained Glass” for a picture.
I also found a Youtube vid where a guy describes how he does this using a product called Liquid Rainbow:

Didn’t Verlinden do some?
Try your local Art shop I’ve seen some mini kits there
Alternatively, Google Stained Glass windows & print to size on transparencies.
Found this too: http://www.theliquidateher.com/stained-glass-collection.html
Software to print scaleable stained glass window patterns.
Googling “diorama stained glass windows” will get you info more specific to model building.
Thanks guys, all wonderful ideas. I was going to try and print some out but what would I print them on?
Clear decal paper I assume.
Unless you plan on lighting it from behind to glow like church, just say 3 Hail Marys and simply use printed paper from an inkjet image and maybe seal it or put shiney tape over it. In fact that would glow with a light behind it as well.
