ST-26 taking shape!

Things are progressing, despite the week end being spent face-painting and MAD building…!

Have added a few metal wire handles (the kit comes with separate bits for each handle but they are still too thick for my taste…), added the rivet heads and the turret; the turret still requires a hatch (a very simple affair!). The scale drawings I’ve been using are shown under the kit.

Superb as usual Domi. This is one neat little machine you are building.

Where did you get the plans? They sure look comprehensive.

Nice progress and quick too! Keep it up and keep those pics coming…this is shaping up to be a fascinating subject indeed. [;)]

I like how it’s coming together. Great work Dj!

That’s amazing. Ought to be winner when done.

Thanks Guys!

Peter, those drawings are from issue 26 of the French mag SteelMasters. They did a 3 article series on T-26 variants. Quite comprehensive stuff!

looking good!!!

Very good progress. Should be a winner when done.
BTW, a little off topic, but regarding those plans, where would a good place be to look for plans in general?

Plans can be obtained from various sources, including mags, books, the net, and individuals such as Hubert Cance who did those drawings for the T-26; they can be bought for a few pence from him directly; but there are other people offering such plans, at various scales.

lookin good there!! the bridge section looks superb, and the vehicle is shaping up nicely as well.
