I too am building the Tamiya Spit, and according to one source, they say fs34227(mm#1716) pale green. You could also try mm RAF interior green, but looking at photos they both appear to dark to me, so I mixed my own. Sorry, don’t have a formula, but it’s kind of a light greenish gray. Look at photos you’ll come up with something close. I never like the Tamiya formulas.
good luck,

I like Polly Scale’s acrylic RAF interior green. It’s a pretty good match.

To answer your question specifically…you would be better off with a color from model master…and if you favor acrylics you could also consult there growing acrylic line…mm makes a bunch of RAF colors sometimes some of the ANA colors as well will help such as ANA sky for the nose on some spitfires…
As far as the interior…all aircraft had some slight variations so I woudn’t get too caught up…I always find that if you’re looking to match interiors to a specific pic…you normally have to mix them a bit…I’d paint it with Model master RAF interior green…and then work with that color to your liking

Floquil Military colors used to make an excellent match, but alas is OOP. ModelMaster RAF Interior Grey/Green is close enough, however.
