Spitfire Bolognese, "Spitfire F Mk.IX C Kopro 1/72"

Hi.

This is my first post on this forum.

I made models 20 years. I like making aircraft in rare camuflages.

Now I want to present us my new model.

Supermarine Spitfire F Mk.IX C bilded on old Kovozavody Prostejov kit, modified in Kopro/Mastercraft.

Model is paited in 51 Stormo Italian AF in 1946.
I used Humbrol mat silver enamel.
Sorry about no good photos, but my digital camera is rather faule in artificial lighting.

Welcome, Nice job on the Spit, and learned something, Never knew the Italians used them!

Good Hunting, G.W.

[#welcome] Hi! Welcome to the forum. Nice job on the Spitfire, not often that we see them in Italian markings. Hope we see more of your models in the future.

Welcome to the show and keep your builds coming

Welcome to the Forums [#welcome]. Very nice work on the Spitfire.

Regards, Rick

[#welcome] The spitfire looks great and those are definitely unusual markings. Thanks for the look and keep them coming! [:)]

Nice job on the Spitfire. Cool markings.

And welcome to the forums!

Nice build!

I was thinking about buying that exact kit last week.

[#welcome] Mac!

Nice build, I also like to make the more unusual kits instead of the standard stuff.

You say you model for 20 years, can you post any pictures of some of your previous work?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for sharing you interesting and rarely seen project. I’ve got a weakness for the unusual myself. I’m building a Tarantul I ship that saw service with US Navy. Yes please tell us about some of your other projects.
