I inadvertently flicked a small part of the Tamiya Schwimmwagen into the nether land, never to be seen again. I emailed Tamiya’s customer service and had a response a couple hours later. I was ready to pay for the entire B sprue but was informed they didn’t have one available. Gary found a cannibalized kit and offered to send the missing piece at no charge.
My original email to Customer Service was Monday, today is Friday and I just received the part in the mail.
