I am new to the forum and still haven’t hit the 100 post mark yet but I have to salute your dedication to the craft!
I really enjoy your quiz postings and I hope that one of these days I’ll be able to recognize one of your test subject enough to be able to get an incorrect answer. Up until now, I haven’t even been able to do that…the best I have been able to come up with is “Airplane”!!!
Man-O-Man, the amount of info you can throw at the forum is simply amazing. Your links is one of the better lists I have seen and I use them all the time. As for your Photofiles, that is something else…absolutely incredible.
Yeah, Steve-O is a freakin library. I much appreciate the many valuable links he has posted for us as I save hours of Google time. I don’t try the Quizes cause my knowledge of those very esoteric birds is limited, but the’re fun to look at. Thanks BlackWolf.
Just about done with the Thud. I attended the “Rabbit” Marafino school of model building where the school motto is “drying time? what’s that”. I learned all the advanced techniques like using MEK as glue and painting with water based acrylics so you can put the decals on right away. Average build time for most 1/32nd scale aircraft is now down to a little under 46 1/2 minutes. [swg]
YAY, Steve-O!! He finds references no one else knew existed, he’s real friendly and helpful and he has quizzes that drive everyone bonkers! [tup][tup][tup] Hip-hip, Hooray! [:D]
I have to agree! Steve adds that little bit of spice that keeps you asking for more. FADE TO ? or was it to fade? or fade!! disappear! ain’t here!! oh I’m so confused? anyhow the BlackWolf3945 knows. semper fi, mike
Let me throw my thanks in with the rest of the gang. You have posted some great pics and the quizes…less said about them the better.
Keep them coming and, uh, do you ever have time to build a model?
