Sikorsky Cypher

I’m looking for a scale model of this early drone http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sikorsky_Cypher.
I already have this freely available paper template https://www.dropbox.com/s/fomezujpgig7lly/sikorsky-cypher-uav-template.PNG?dl=0 and have assembled two of them http://www.diskusjon.no/uploads/monthly_09_2013/post-314013-0-06071400-1378983515.jpg.
The plan is to display them outside on the end of a transparent stick. This means they must be able to resist rain and wind and not be too heavy. I’m thinking that I could have some profesional 3D printing shop, print the paper template for me in a flexible plastic material. Does anybody know of anyone who does this?

There’s a phillipine artisan that makes one from wood but it’s way too expensive(and heavy) for me. http://store01.prostores.com/servlet/myasianart/the-2215/Sikorsky-Cypher-Unmanned-Airplane/Detail

I’d be willing to bet you could adapt the paper plans into a styrene version with some careful sanding and filling.

you mean the template? do you have some specific styrene in mind?

No, I would just say grab some sheet styrene at your LHS and build it up and sand to the desired shape. It would be a little tedious, but if you took a bunch of flat “donuts” and sandwiched them together, then ground it down a bit with a motor tool, you could get really close and then use some sanding sticks to get your final shape. From there, just use some thin styrene or cut brass sheet for the remainder.
