OH man…I got OODLES of these! To start:
The Alan Marder IID

DML StuG IIIC L/48 field mod with “old” original Tamiya PzIV that drove into photo just as I was snapping the photo…[:-^]

DML late Hummel kitbash

…early Brummbar-Tamiya with conversion kit by, uh, yeah…

the DML Jagpanzer IV Alkett…

DML early Hummel

Tamiya Sturmtiger

DML Porsche Jagdtiger

…and DML Ferdinand…

and the last one, the 1:72 Esci Henschell Jagdtiger

…as you can see, I love those assault guns! Apologies to guys with slow Internet connections! [swg]
Well, These are the second and third models I ever built, so let’s jsut say they aren’t exactly perfection…but here they are. [:-^]

here are a few that seem to fit the category …

Rick
Ian, you oughtta try “Photobucket” for hosting your photos; that way when we click on 'em…POOF!..they blow up like a HE shell hit em!
BTW, nice job for only #2 & 3!
Yeah…I do use photobcket…It used to do exactly what you’re saying, but the last dozen or so pictures I’ve posted haven’t don it [%-)] Oh well, I can jsut resize them before hosting to get them normal I think.
My AFV sturmtiger, with Tamiya turned aluminum ammo.

And my Stug III G

I don’t have much in the way of German stuff, but that’s it so far, until my Hummel gets in (after three weeks from GM)
Great builds gentlemen! Doog, love the Ferdy.
Wow guys, you all have some really outstanding builds posted here. I hope I get that good someday! [8D] [tup] [tup]
OK: Here’s my Cromwell Models 8.8cm Flak 41 with superdetailed DML SdAnh 202 trailers:

A 1/48 Jagdpanzer L70A (Gasoline conversion with Tamiya Pz IVJ)

Finally, here’s my DML Flak 36. It’s complete but it’s to appear in a magazine so most pics aren’t available:

And I’ve got a few others ongoing (Marder I, 12.8cm Krupp Pak 44, Stug III G) that fit into this category.
Not as good as the others here, but at least it shows I build something. [(-D]

…good stuff…what did u use for the zimm on the Elefant?
Cavalier. Excellent medium.
Wow what a great bunch of subjects. Here is one more of the Marder III H from my other thread. Greg

Absolutely fantastic, gorgeous builds fellas!![tup][tup] Unfortunately all I have is an Italeri Jagdpanzer IV still in the stash.[V]
towed guns. in the towed guns queue: 76.2mm at (captured), 20mm(4), 50mm at, another 75mm at, 30mm aa, another 30mm aa, k-5 rr gun (ok towed by steam locomotive which is also in queue)

wayne, i like this Anti Tank Gun scene very much… the foliage is good, and the urgency is there. Placement of the AT gun is also nice. I think you went for the tundra look with the moss and fern like trees… it came off pretty well but a light flurry of snow on the surfac of everything wouldn’t hurt the scene in my opinion… just to emphasize the tundra
For all the guys on this forum who are into German armor, I thought we’d have more postings than this? C’mon guys! Who selse has got photos?!
…I have lots of armor, just not any that fits into this category right now…[:(]
thank you. it’s called “A Snake in the Garden”, a reference to the initial attacks by XXX corps during Market-Garden. may do a sherman on a small base and put it across the room so the 2 dioramas are linked.
i have a 50mm at gun with german crew in winter garb. will take your advice on the winter scene when i get to building that one.
