Everything was done with a brush. First I applied the overall light blue, then I took an old paint brush and mashed the bristles out. Then I dipped the brush in the gray, blotted the excess paint on a rag, then just blotched away on model. I also did a similar technique on some of the other planes I posted but using a bunched up piece of paper towel instead of a brush. I entered this particular model in a contest many years ago and won first place in the peoples choice category.
I think u built every dragon kit out there!
