My 26" SEAVIEW build.

This is NOT the Moebius, Lunar Models,Aurora or any other commercially available model kit.

This WAS a limited edition mixed media kit available in the 1990s of the Eight Window Boat.

However, She suffered severe damage in a shelf dive, so I elected to make it into a model of the 17’3" Seaview seen from the second to fourth season.

The original kit is NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

With all that out of the way, I air brushed the sub a series of colors(The Seaview was never, ever light ghost grey).

Sorry no rattle can colors are one size fits all. You have to mix the colors…

I also fitted it with lights and the faux interior seen on the actual Miniature.

I have the BIG Moebius version, and it’s somehow survived many house moves (one overseas) and three cats. I’ve even managed to keep the diving bell and little mini sub that came with kit - though I have to hide them away when a friends children visit as one of them is total klepto!
After making the little saucer kit that’s included, I also made the much bigger one, which is a good talking point when friends of a certain age visit.

They really did design some great stuff for those 1960’s sci-fi series, I’d love to see more in kit form.

Yours looks great though, especially with the lighting.

Your Seaview looks awesome especially the lighting in it. I loved watching this show when I was a kid.
