Screen name and avitar, whats it mean?

I saw this on the armor forum and just had to steal it. Im sure we have all seen at least one person on here that we wondered about the history behind the name so hop on and give us the back story

As for me, The Last Priest is the final incarnation of my online gaming tag which is Priest. Basically when I was in highschool we had a shoot em up computer game set up and networked in the computer lab and the first day I went in to play the kid who set it up came up to me and gave me this long speach about how since I was new I was gonna get my butt handed to me because he was The Dark Angel and he was the best. needless to say I mopped the floor with him for about an hour then I decided to go back to class, on the way out somebody decided to add insult to injury to the poor dark angel and say I must be a Priest. I added “The Last” because once im gone there wont be another like me.(there are a couple other things that have contributed such as jehovas witnesses dont come by anymore because they no longer have the will to talk to me about their favorite subject)

My avitar is me a couple years ago when I decided to grow my goatee and out. my older brother doctored it on photoshop and says its a picture of me as “the great hoodoo performing a feat of prestigious delight” not quite sure what means(he is a little soft in the head) but I thought it was a cool picture none the less

wing_nut… need I say more?[:-^] [swg]

Mine has been misunderstood more that once.

Yes. I have owned and ridden motorcycles in the past and am currently looking at a great big old fat cruiser. But, this has nothing to do with my handle.

I love flying and would rather fly in a helicopter than an airplane. Hence, Chopper Fan.

Mine goes back to my highschool and post-highschool years. When I first got my first car, a 1976 Chevy Vega. Always been partial to Chevys and General Motors cars. My best friend in highschool was partial to Fords. I have had personalized plates on my cars same one for years CHEVIT. As in Take your Ford and Chev-It. Taken from the the old song Take this job and shove it. 2001 is the year we got our first computer and finally on-line. We now drive a Dodge Neon but have kept the CHEVIT vanity plates.

I really like Tabasco Sauce.

I’m Mick and I’m from Sweden. I don’t have to explain much more, do I? [:)]

We’ll either get along great or be constantly arguing over the bottle.[8D]

Preston is my middle name. My avitar indicates that I’m in Stealth Mode.

The explanation of my handle is on my website. The avatar was inspired by a young eagle that had been severely injured, but had recovered fully. I created several versions of a picture based on a photo of the bird when it was released, this is one of them.

I went through a similar experience, and to me this eagle has always been symbolic of rising through extreme adversity.

Rise again! Rise again!
Though your heart it be broken,
or life about to end.

No matter what you’ve lost,
be it a home, a life , a friend,
like the Mary Ellen Carter, rise again! —Stan Rogers, “The Mary Ellen Carter”

“Pain is the universe telling you that you’re not dead yet. Get up and fight back!” —Ross Martinek

I combined two of my favorite movie series into my screen name and avatar. “Blade” (the Daywalker) and Mad Max (the car in the avatar).

Mine is simple, Big Foot is my nickname at my paying job, and 01 is the last part of my radio number on the Fire Department.

say ROSS you also could have chosen phoenix as well similar in it’s rising from adversity

Mine is obvious, also. I have no imagination.

we did this 6-7 months ago

my name comes from durrrrrrrr as in in the “durrrr you finally figured it out”

i say this all the time

my avitar is just something goofy a baby staring at a cabbage patch doll

and the caption underneath (that you really can’t read) says oh god i’ve been cloned

When I was a Boy Scout the most famous scout as Peewee Harris. My last name is Harris. Peewee refers to something that is small. When I began my online die cast model airplane business I reasoned that these planes were small, or peewee in size, and since some people called me “Peewee” it seemed to work if I called my business Peewee Airliners. The aviatar is a A300 with my web logoed onto the side of it. www.pwe.hk the “pwe”, of course, is p we or peewee, while the “hk” is domain for Hong Kong.

I have another avitar that depicts an Aeroflot IL86 with the name of my store on it. I have another avitar that is an orange 747-400 that has the name of my book on it. I have another avitar that is a 732 with the logo www.pacifictrading.hk on it. It is all for advertising is what my point is.

Peewee

Persephone’s Dream is the name of the band I tour with and play guitar/synths for.

I ended up with Soulcrusher when I started playing Playstation SOCOM online. I needed a good screen name and I borrowed the name from a Stephen Donaldson novel. Soulcrusher was all powerfull could see the future and everyone feared him. I figured it was a perfect name for a online name. I mean Killing someone is suposed to be the ultimite was of defeating you enemy but I my eyes a worse fate would be to have not only be killed but have your soul destroyed also. Psycological warfare I guess. It worked because everyone always asked me about it when I log into a room. My specialty in the game was finding a spot to hide in a waiting for a poor soul to wander into my field of fire. My preference was for the M-16 but the full auto version is not avalible in the game. I would equipt mtself with a high power scope and a gillie suit and lie in wait. Most people never even new where they were hit from. They would run around in circles desparately trying to find the source of the fire. It was pretty funny sometimes. My avatar is a beautifull picture of my favorite airplane though you can not tell from the tiny picture.

Soulcrusher

I’m like wayne baker…

My screen name is my initials, and my avatar, is, well, me!

Actually, I almost signed up as “Scary Ninja Squirrel”… but thought it was dumb, and couldn’t come up with anything clever, and just used my initials.

My screen name is simply my first name, nothing special.

My avatar is Zap Brannigan, my favorite character from the animated series “Futurama”. I don’t really have anything in common with this character, but he’s such a knuckle-headed dimwit, he makes me smile every time I see him.

Archangel is one of my favorite suppressors, which I use on my Walther P-22 and the Ruger 10/22. The unit badge is of my last Marine Squadron VMFA (AW)-242 the Bats.

Scott

You don’t play Day of Defeat by any chance do ya. My online gaming tag is =DirtyDozen=George Kennedy.
