Years ago I used to buy various aircraft instrument punch out instruments from Waldron Products but seemed to remember that they are no longer in business. I can’t find them on the internet. If this is so, does anyone know of a source for similar instruments. I’ve gone back to working on a 1/32 Goshawk I started years ago and I’m trying to construct an instrument panel for it.

Micro Mark has their own version of the set you need, I just purchased mine and am very satisfied with its quality vrs. price. (its on sale this month, I purchased mine last month[bnghead])
Here is a sample of its performance, scratch built radio sets in 1/72 scale (rivet counters please realize its a creative rendition and not accurate) It measures a whole 10mm across.
