scrach build antenna?

my panther V dosent have an antenna and i wondering what i could use for an antenna for it. thank you

Here’s a partial list of materials that can be used:

stretched sprue
guitar string
go to walmart and purchase a cheap vinyl paint brush … pluck yourself an antenna … each brush has enough antenna to do 1,000 kits or more.

Is it a straight antennae or a crowsfoot?

For a straight antenna, if you have an unbent twist tie from trash bags, burn the plastic off and superglue into the mount. It’s easy to trim to scale, thin and sturdy.

I bought a 3 foot long bundle of .015 piano wire at my LHS for a couple bucks, enough for at least 100 antennas. Perfectly straight, unbreakable, trim with wire cutters.

I normally use 28 gauge brite wire from wal mart, fits perfectly in the little slots in the bases.
Mike- Whats the best way to go about a crows foot?
