Thanks gang! Yeah, I found the pictures I needed. Most of what I did inside was improvised through the pictures.
Bet you didn’t know that the transporter pad and overhead dome are Lego parts did ya? Amazing what you can use. [:D]

Will do! As soon as the rear window assembly comes in the mail I’ll be back at this full bore. I really would like to finish this one up by the end of the month. The pylons and nacelles are already pre-wired for the impulse and warp drive. Basically, the only interior work to do is cement the instrument panel in and trim some fiber optics on the panel.
I may just build another one somewhere down the road. This interior work has been fun.

You make me wonder why I bother even building at all. I never would have thought to interiorize a Runabout. Love the transporter test.
Naw, this one really isn’t that bad. Some sheet styrene, small styrene girders as guides for the bulheads, cardboard for bulkhead templates and a few pieces of Lego for the transporter. Yep, a square piece of Lego with a yellow LED in it, plus a silver concaved dome above that for another LED.
The only reason I did this interior is because I have a customer who wants it built as such. It’s not completely “canon”; yet the inagination is what sets it off. Of course, if you watch DS9, something is always different with the Rio Grande.
Give it a shot. It’s a lot of fun.

Oh, and a quick question: did you happen to use any clear parts on the nacelles, like the ones from DLM (Don’s Light & Magic)?
Well, I don’t know about incredible [8D] but I could probably go through my notes and whip something up. And yes, I do have the DLM enhancements and JTGraphics’ decals. As of last evening I had the window I needed and spent about 1 1/2 hours putting the instrument panel in (fiber optics with it). It was kind of like building a ship that is already in a bottle.
