Here is my last painting work. The RSO was assembled and incredibily detailed by my friend Jorge Porto and the Flak support, by Oscar Pinela. I just made the easy work … painting the kit. But, belive me, it was a hard and time demanding task …

Sorry, but I can´t post any step by step pictures this time (editorial reasons)
Thanks for looking
Any opinion or criticism will be highly apreciated
Nice work on the paint job Jose Luis! I often wonder what it would be like to work on a collaborative project with another builder. The hobby tends to be very solitary in that regard…don’t know how I would feel having someone else do my paint work or vice versa but it’s neat what you’ve done with this particular subject for sure. Regarding the vehicle, is completely real excepting the flak. There are some pictures which show a RSO with a special support (the support Oscar made is an exactly reproduction of the real support) with a Gebirgsflak, an specially designed flak for mountain soldiers. Jorge just changed the Gebirgsflak for a Flak 38 in a “field workshop” conversion (as far as I know there´s not any Gebirgsflak kit)
This vehicle, will be included in a vignette with 5 figures.
Here you can see the nearly finished vehicle (the pictures above were 90% finished, step by step pictures), including the second door, more weathered cargo plataform, painting details (disastermaster, the painting detail you said was still missing,in fact, as the vehicle is abandoned, over the bare metal of the wheels teeth I made some filters using rusted colors over them)
Anyway, the vehicle is still not 100% finished. As Jorge will include it in a vignette, the final touchs (some dust in the road wheels, spare cartridges and ammo boxes here and there, accesories, so on), are still missing.
Hope that in some months, my friend Jorge will finish the vignette!
