Revell 1/32 F-18a?

I know it’s an older kit, but can anyone give any details about this kit? I saw some pictures on LSP.com but couldn’t tell what the surface deatil is like. I Have the Acdemy Hornet and I wanted to use the extra decals on something, but I didn’t want to spend anouther $100.00+

You might have seen mine over there on LSP in the long lost and never finished GB. It has been in the closet for the past 23 years. It takes a lot of doing to make it into a respectable F-18A. Has raised panel lines and typical Revell for that era. It is a prototype F-18A and not an operational one. Be a good one to build for fun and throw on the extra Academy decals.
