i just emasiled the guy i got them from (thats an easy way to find out what glue is used hehehe) and its not CA, but testors cement. (so much for my detective work hehehe). so im prob gonna just leave them as-is and just fix up and mistakes, coz i dont like the idea of breaking apart cemented pieces…

how does peannut oil dissolve CA ?? im really curiuos! CA is so darn indestructible !
heheh I just know that in the emergency room, they use peanut butter to loosen Super Glue when kids or adults come in who have super glued their finger hands, lips, eye lids, whatever else together… I have never tried it on models…
Well I did a BOOBOO on my starfighter on the Canopy, behind the pilot. I glued it on with superglue (mistake one) then I removed it with with “un-cure” and now almost the whole dang window turned white…
I guess it’s back to the sanding sticks again, untill i get it buffed out…[:(!]
