What color is the uniform of the crew reloading ammo onto a StuG III?

StuG crews wore a gray variant of the panzer uniform- fieid gray for Army and mouse gray for Waffen SS

One more question. Did they have rankings on their uniform? If so what did it look like?

they would use the rank insignia of their respective service, with red piping to denote the artillery arm.
