I am switching to the acrylic water based paint from the enamel. Is there anybody who could recommend a list mostly used for armour building? I live in a remote area and want to have a stock of Tamiya acrylic paints that is commonly used for models of US WWII AFV’s.
i would have to say Tamiya.
What would your list of colors be that you would buy for stocking so that when you start a project, mostly if not all the colors you need would be there ready to use.
im not honestly sure on armor colors. i mostly do WWII japanese and luftwaffe. only armor i have is the M2 bradley witch i haven’t built yet.
what kit are you building and what are the color codes the instructions give you?
I have an order for an M1 combat car and have not received it yet. I went through the net so I can prepare some paints but got negative results. I guess I will just have to wait for the kit to arrive. Thanks anyway.
