I have a question about a Revell-Monogram ProModeler P-40E. Was this a new mold when the kit was produced or is this a rebox of a Hasegawa kit? If it is a rebox, are all of the ProModeler kits reboxes?
I am pretty sure that this P-40E is a rebox, as are most ProModeller kits. They take a basic kit, add some Photo Etch and/or resin parts and put it out under the label “Pro Modeller”. They are fine kits, just not “NEW” ones.

The Pro Modeler P-40E is a redo of the old Revell P-40E kit it’s not a bad kit but it is definetly not the Hasegawa kit. The Hasegawa kit just came out this year the Pro Modeler kit has been out for about 10 years.
