I’m about to start the Airfix Nimrod, something I’ve been looking forward to for a while.

I want to do the RAF Hemp colour scheme, in acrylic. What’s the preferred choice of paint?

Seems that the main choices are Humbrol or Xtracrylix, but which is the more accurate?

Or is there another one I’ve missed . . .

Gunze makes teh color also, if it is available to you there.

The Humbrol acrylic version is pretty accurate, and, in Europe at least, widely available.
