I would say so. New it sells direct from Paasche for $116 US. $50 Canadian is a steal. According to my handy-dandy currency converter:

The guy said it dose not come with a hose, only a colour cup, is it still worth it?

If it is just missing a hose or a few other accessory pieces, its still a good deal. You can get the hose and other parts from art or craft stores pretty cheap.

depends, check the needle if it is bent or not, check the brush and see if air and paint holes any rust.
ask the seller if he clean the brush after use.
