Question about 1959 T-Bird Resin Conversion

I’m building a 59 bird for my dad using this resin kit: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/star-models-1959-ford-t-bird-hardtop--943388

I cannot for the life of me figure out what these are supposed to be. Any ideas? Thanks.

Ornaments for tops of fenders? Fit in the little slots toward the front of the fender. If you google images of 1959 tbirds you will see what I’m talking about.
