Just finishing up my Italeri DC-3 and was wondering what color the prop tips should be? I’ve painted it as an Aer Lingus airliner if that makes any difference.

I did a google and came up with only one dc3 pic its blk and wht but looks to me that they where polished aluminum props no color on the tip. hope it helps mybe some else has some more info.
I believe that most airlines had then polished aluminum. That’d be my guess.
