Where can I find photo etch prop blur? I have tried the website but it is not responding. If I cannot get the photo etch prop blur how can I make this short of installing a motor in the kit?

Never seen any attempt at ‘blurred’ props which looked even half-way realistic. Install a motor (mobile phone/ pager motors, available from shops like Tandy and Radio Shack, work fine) or just leave the blades off.
