Well i finished up the office and iam keeping this OOB exept the scracth built seat belts Thanks for the pics K sohere are the pics so far.

i got a 1/48 scale one i got to dig it out after seeing this[:)]
I cheted its i usualy paint the pnel black and dry brush it with white and fill the gauges with testors clear windsheld glue. This time i used the factory decal used Micro-sol to snuggle it down and after it dryed i used that testors glue on it and brushed the shinny spots with flat clear. And Thanks for all the nice words guys this is a vary nice kit so far I’ll keep you all updated.

Nice job, and you just gave me an idea of how to handle another kit with a simple decal instrument panel; that’s a great idea to use flat clear on spots that are shiny (that shouldn’t be). Looking forward to the finished product and thanks for the great idea! [:)]
Glad i could help. So here are some more pics didnt get alot done but as you can see the fit of the wing to fusalage fits great i just put it togeather temporaly for the pics but it fits tight.

Thats what thought when got back into this hobby, I myself have only been back for about 6 months and i didnt know half the stuff i know now due to all the members and there info. buy the kit and give it a shot.

Hopefully i’ll have some paint on it buy monday still have to prime it so my acrylics will stick.
I got it primed and added pre shading this a first for me hope it turns out ok.
looks like youre going the right way about it mate … excellent build mate and fast too .
It dosnt take me a long time to build the longest was a year and a half and the fastest was five days.
