also why do you need to enter your password and username everytime you post ???

The answer to both questions is the same: You need to log in. At the top right corner of the forum screen is a block that reads “Member Login”. Log in and you won’t have to enter your username / password for each post, and there will be a [PROFILE] link in the header.
If it doesn’t work you probably have cookies disabled for this site.
