Problems with iOS app

Today I tried to view the latest issue in the iOS app. I subscribe through iTune. My subscription is supposed to run out February 2021 but I can’t look at the latest issue. It is locked and says I have to pay for it! App is also asking me to log in which I’ve never had to do before and don’t even have a login for the app that I know of. I tried my login for this website and my iTunes login…neither work.

I have been a subscriber since the early 1990’s and in the last few years changed to digital so the magazines weren’t piling up at home. I am almost to the point of just cancelling my subscription and forgetting about the whole thing.

App support link in iOS takes you to a non existent page. Is anyone else having problems? Can someone please give me help?

All I can tell you is my subscription on Amazon/Kindle seems to work fine. Maybe a good alternative option.

Hope you get it worked out.
