Pro Modeler HE 111 H-22 w/V-1

I recently saw a Revell Pro Modeler HE 111 H-22 w/ V-1 in 1/48 scale on an auction in Ebay. I’m a bit wary of buying kits sight unseen as you never know what could be missing and so I’ve been trying to find this kit new in the box. I haven’t had any luck finding this kit anywhere. Does anyone have any info on this kit and where I could buy one??

Try Squadron (squadron.com). I just saw the have the reissue HE-111 with the torpedoes, possibly they also have the V-1 version as well.

i but a lot of kits from ebay, so there’s nothing to be afraid of really, especially if the other person has good feedback.
quite often they are modellers just like you or me.
ebay also gives an idea of fair value if you see the same kit going three or four times for the same price (careful of shipping)…

I have bought and sold a lot of kits on E-bay, and have had great luck in both areas. I am a modeler, so I always make sure that my kits are complete and I do not over hype them in order to sell a bad kit.

In fact, if I had a HE-111 with the V-1, I would let you know!

I’m a big E-Bay user also. Just watch the sellers feedback and be sure to inspect your purchase before leaving feedback on it. I have bought hundreds of kits on E-Bay and have had very, very few problems.

The kit you’re looking for has been OOP for quite a while, so eBay is probably the best option. I’ve bought a few kits off eBay with no problems. Like others have said, check the sellers feedback before you bid. I never bid on any items from a seller with many negatives or from a new seller with no record.

I have purchased about 90% of my kits on ebay and I have never had a problem.

I bought one at a hobby show- I always seem to see them there. I also never had an issue with EBay. It is a nice model, generally everything fits well. You will need the Eduard PE set for the cockpit interior- it adds alot of nice detail. Here is a link of my build.
