In addition to the 105mm Howtzers in my previous post, I would also like to know if anyone makes suitable Prime Movers. Also, does anyone make the 105mm shells themselves for use in the ammo truck and on the diorama.

For the 105, I believe that the deuce and a half was commonly used.
Tamiya makes a fine offering of this kit.
As far as ammo goes, VLS has / had some aftermarket 105 rounds.
