Polar Lights help needed!

Hi All.

Does anybody here know how to order replacement parts from Polar Lights and if they will ship them overseas?

I got myself some time ago “The Amazing Spiderman” and found out recently that the Villains foot is missing, normally I would have taken it back to the shop but the shop stopped stocking PL Kits.

So far I have tried to contact them twice via their web-site but have gotten no response.

If anybody got the Kit and is willing to cast me a duplicate of the part I would also be grateful.

how long ago did you contact them? When I needed a replacement for my Jetsons car, they sent it, postage paid within a month. If you don’t hear from them soon, let me know. I have the kit and I had planned on doing away with the victim altogether and just do a flat floor. I never did like the fact that he was molded into the base. I’ll see what I can do for you.

Thanks, for the offer. I initally contacted them about 2 months ago and again 3 weeks ago will wait a bit longer and than get back to you.

I know many manufacturers that will not supply spares outside their own country, was wondering if PL is one of those.

Agreed, that it is a pity that the Villain is molded in already, nor that there are good painting instructions for him included.

IMHO, PL seems to have a quality control problem, many people complain about missing parts, etc.
