Plans and Drawings for Canadian Warship Scratchbuild

Does anyone happen to have plans or drawing of the Canadian Patrol Frigate (Halifax-class FFH) and/ or the Victoria-Class(ex-RN Upholder) d/e sub? I’m looking to scratch build both of these and need a starting point. I’ve seen several projects to build a Halifax on the web (including Iron Shipwright’s 1/350 resin ship) but no drawings [:(]

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Guday,
You could try the National Maritime Museum in the UK for the Upholder plan but be prepared to take out a second mortage!!
Or you could try the Association of Model Submariners also in the UK.
I would recomend Buying one of the British model boat mags which should have the contact addresses.
