Pics of my almost complete Jagdtiger

Looks good. I really like the profile of this machine.

What’s wrong with the last pic? Nothing!!! It’s proof that the US DOES have time-machines, albeit all they’ve been able to send back so far is a piece of plastic [:D]

Great work! The whole thing looks good, but I really like the tracks. I know they caused you grief, but the look fantastic.

Wasn’t Pepsi the sponsor of desert storm? That was the only problem I could see…

Matt

Excellent work. That is one nice piece of kit. Thanx for showing us.

Keep well.

Looks great! Mit ze interior alzo! Super. I love interiors!

Ron

i dont think that we had m 16’s or coca-cola in WW 2 though [(-D]

Great job, Spector[tup]

Awesome weathering! Way to dirty it up!

Very nicely done Spector !!!

Thanks a lot guys , after all it is just a camouflaged 70 ton roadblock anyhow , but it was one mean looking machine , it must have been pretty imposing to have this thing shooting at you back then , then gun even in scale has some weight to it ( eduard barrel) , it was a fun build ( and frustrating at times ) first attempt at ABER but when you finally get to paint , photoetch makes the difference . I am going to do a T-34/85 next I think , I need different colors in my case , and then some good ole american stuff wouldn’t hurt , maybe a sherman or a tank killing pershing , and to any of you you the do photoetch brass , I highly reccomend soldering the brass bits together instead of using CA glue to attach the parts to themselves you only need a tiny bit of flux and fine solder , you simply cannot break the bond without destroying the brass itself . Also a small torch , or in my case my gas stove , works best for the larger pieces Peace to all , and happy modeling , Shawn BTW I wish I could remember how I did the skin tones on my airborne figs in the last pic , they were done a while back , and both of them are the best I ever did , the german guy to the far right is new and he looks like an outcast from dawn of the dead !

Looks great!
never knew the U.S. was so advanced for ww2 [:P]

Beautiful job, spector!

The paintjob, weathering and overall look are great.

Regards, Dan
