A remarkably fine model that really seems to capture the character of the USN’s amphibious force. I’m particularly interested because my father commanded a group of LCVPs in the Pacific.

This kit is on the short list of those I want to buy and build in the near future. I’d give up my salary for the rest of my life if Dad was still around to help me with it.

I think you can build a fleet of LCVPs in honor of your Dad…

Nice looking craft. Just wish the price tag was a little lower and it came with a full compliment.

I need to pick up several of the Airfix kits in 72nd for a dio or 2 I have in mind. If the price comes down on this kit I may have to pic one up even though I don’t usually build 35th scale anymore.

philp, even though I stick to 1:35 armors, I couldn’t help buying Dragon’s Panther and Revell’s Tiger 1:72 when I found them at half price.
