Here is the Hasagawa kit in all its glory. I am about 85% complet, with tools needing picked out, and a final weathering on the upper structure. It was a very nice kit, with only the mismatched upper and lower hulls being any kind of problem. THe main gun is delicate and i managed to break and repair it once. I am working with pastel chalks on this one, using a clear thinner to apply them, then seal them with a clear coat. This has been a very enjoyable build. Highlights would be the wheels, and the general fit and finish. SOme of the locator holes are a bit large, but my next go around on this i will fill them with putty.
Here she is,.

looks good bill!! its coming out real nice. my only suggestion would be not to try and seal the pastels with a clear coat. they have a tendency to disappear under a clear coat. ull jst have to apply them and leave them. NEways, its still a nice looking model. thnx for postin it up, and post up soem more pics when its fully completed!!
Looking good so for. What paint are you using? What is the base color? It does not look like the panzer yellow. It really turned out.
I kinda darkened up some polly S dark yellow with 4 drops of grimy black. I wanted to get less of a yellow/green contrast when i painted it. I will watch out for the clear coat. Just go for a recessed weatehring instead.
Thanks Bill

Cool Puma Bill. I’d also add some wash or something to your smoke dischargers to help them pop out a bit. They look unused and whatnot.
