Nice job. What a cool scheme and the best subject title so far this year [8-|]
Very nice.y done! Did the Iranians adapt them to carry the Alamo missile? I do know that they had adapted the Hawk SAM for use by the F-14 on the wing pylons.
From what I understand, they tried to fit the HAWK to it but with out much success. Software compatibility issues, IIRC.
Very nice job on the paint, especially the wear/tear on the radome.
Thanks dog. This blue scheme looks very cool.
Thanks stik. I believe they had issues with the Alamo too. The buyer insisted on having these resin missiles on his cat.
Thanks cat. I sprayed the radome flat red and after drying shot flat white. The next day I used a 1200 grit pad to gently wear away some of the white to expose the red color.
Wow, super nice work again. Love this one especially.

Very nice and very different, I was expecting the old sand scheme
Thanks BK!
Ya learn something new every day. And if someone else is paying for it, I’ll put whatever they want on the model that I’m building them… [;)] Business is business.
Thanks Tojo. I think that blue scheme pops better than the sand one.
Good one, Ernie.
First I’ve seen of such a camo scheme, very unique. I think it does really well at breaking up the lines of the airplane, making it difficult to recognize.
Thanks for the post and photos.
