PE Question

I have always built everything out of the box but I would like to take the step of adding more detail to my models with photo etched parts. I was looking at the Eduard site and did a search for parts available for a A-4M I have in my stash.

Can someone tell me the difference between these two items:

49350 Color PE Set

FE350 Color PE Set-Zoom

Thanks,

Mike

The first is their ‘full’ set, eduard also have ‘zoom’ sets wihich usually consists of mainly cockpit parts that is a subset of the full fret.

Their website has pictures of the sets and downloadable instructions so you can see precisely what is in the sets.

Hey Buckeye! Waikong hit the nail on the head. For someone first starting off in the world of PE, I’d recommend using the ZOOM set. Less to worry about, it lets you get a taste of PE so if you can’t stand the stuff, you aren’t stuck with a big set. I’ve purchased a ZOOM set to serve as a practice kit for one of my P-51s. Let us know how it turns out!

Thanks for the help! I looked at both on the web site and they looked the same. Now I know what “Zoom” means. I will give it a try!
