Panther A Late Zimmerit For Dragon Kit 6244

Anyone have a recommendation for a good tile zimmerit application for the Dragon Kit 6244, Panther A Late Model?

I ordered the Cavalier for Panther A early, but it appears that this gun mantle will not work properly. I’ll have to return it. I am not aware of a Cavalier product for this Dragon later version.

Anyone know of any other good options available?

hey stu,
ive got the same kit and im usin cavalier zimmerit but the late type i havent had any problems with it. u could try using some putty and use the zim tool out of the kit to apply the zimmerit over the manlet

Use Atak or cavilers resin zim. You can get Atak from airconnection and the caviler from Michigan discount models

Here is the late A with the Eduard PE zim set…


I found the PE zim to fit perfectly and I would recommend it.

Crockett, Your Zim looks great.

Is your Panther an Early or Late? I think my late kit shows a different mantle with a single hole site on the right side. Or maybe I have it backwards.

Anyone know the model number on the Cavalier late? I’ll check out the Atak also.

Yeah Stu it’s early, but eduard makes a late A set that is in stock at Great Models.
