What is the difference between the early and late Panther A barrels, and are there any Late Panther A barrels?
I think the same barrels are good for all three. At least when I ordered my Rubio, it said on the instructions it was good for all three. Panther ll has a different gun and of course the Jagdpanther has an 88.

I think the only difference is the way they are shaped to fit into each kit. I have barrels for Panthers from Tamiya and DML and the end that fits into the mantlet is different on each barrel. If you buy a barrel, be sure to get the right barrel for your kit. I usually buy barrels from Fine Molds, Eduard or Modelpoint.
In real life I believe the Panther D had a different Model gun than the A and G model Panther. I don’t think there was an external difference though.
