I have a Paasche H that I bought about two years ago. This thing has been a rock as far as performance goes, no issues with it, but as I have started to slowly use it a couple times a week, the trigger has been sticking. Is there any “household” product i can use to lube the O ring with?? Or do I need a special lube ??
Also, I have noticed its hard to get it fine enough to get a “pencil” effect, if anyone has any advice or experience with this specific airbrush, I would greatly appreciate it. I am thinking about upgrading to a Badger ot Iwata, I’m just not sure if its the tool or the operator…Prob the operator.
You could probably use some needle lube on it. I had a situation similar to what you described occur with my Badger 200, so I put a little needle lube on the moving parts of trigger/valve and the thing now worked good as new. I use Badger’s “Regdab Needle Juice”, but I think is the same needle lubricants offered by other manufacturers.
Try calling Bear Air. They are airbrush specialists and a retailer. In my 2006 catalog their help number is 1-888-232-7227. Their web address is www.bearair.com If they can’t help you by phone they might refurbish airbrushes. I’ve always found their service to be excellent.
