Excellent build Mike[tup][tup]
And in braille scale too!!!
Doing the Aussies proud mike!
Which shades did you use on the panels???
Nice looking Stang. Nooky Booky is a favorite of mine. Is that the Tamiya 1/72 kit ? Good work. Thanks for sharing.
Regards, Rick
Very nice build Mike. Your attention to detail and the quality of your painting really comes through in your pics, Bill.
Very nice overall build. Great detail and paint job. I seem to recall looking at full scale and model Mustangs where the fuel fill caps on the wing and behind the canopy were red. If that is true for the 1:1 of Nooky Booky, a dab of red paint on the model would add a lot. It is truely beautiful the way it is. [alien]
You made it look bigger then 72nd scale bro… nice.
Very nice, clean built, what kit did you use ?
Nice job Mike, Very nice metal finish. In 1/72 that’s a mighty small plane. The detail on that one is great.
Chris
Very Clean!
Steve
Well done mate! As was mentioned it looks bigger than 1/72. [:)][tup][tup][tup]

Looks great, very nice paint work …especially that tricky nose area. One suggestion, you might give Modelmaster’s Burnt Iron metalizer paint a try for the exhaust pipes. It can be brushed on, (just don’t shake it first), and will look very much like a set of metal exhaust stacks.
Again, very nice job!
happy modeling,
Joe
A great looking bird, thanks for the pics…
Good looking Mustang, Mike. What kit did you use?
Very clean and tidy.
Looks very sweet, Mike. Thanks for sharing!
thanks guys
tweety I removed the silver AS12 from the can and then sprayed it on with an airbrush , when it was dry I put 3 drops of flat black into the AS12 silver and sprayed the panels .
Yes rjkplasticmod it is a tamiya kit , from the war bird collection .
Thanks ninedriver for the tip I was wondering on what to do there and weather to put an exhaust staines on .
I’ll redo some of the pics as some of them didn’t turn out to good , no flash on .
yardbird78 thanks for the heads up on that , what is that used for does anyone know , I was going to paint it red anyway , I’ve seen some photos a couple of weeks ago with it painted .

cheers mike
looks excellent !
Looks great Mike! Nice build. Thanks for sharing.

Looks great Mike!!! In my favorite scale too, I’ll have to try some of those Tamiya kits.
