Dose anyone know where I can find a list of these pilots and the version of the p-51 they flew?

Note that, depending on when they entered service, many of the Mustang aces flew more than one version…chiefly the flush-canopy P-51B/C and the ‘bubble’ canopy P-51D. Some also flew the F-6 photo-recon versions in both those configurations.
