Our Latest Acquisitions Since 2017

Nice haul you have gathered there Joe. Nice to see you have a Jag.

Joe: Now that’s a nice collection!

Mustang: I’ve got some 1/24th fuzzy dice in a drawer here if you want to hang them from the rearview mirror in that awesome car!

That’s sweet Joe. I just finished that Macchi. Nice kit.

Thanks Bish. I really can’t explain it but, I’ve always been taken by the looks of the Jaguar.

Ye, i am rather a fan,i’ve got three hase ones. They were all based just outside Norwich where i grew up so used to see them all the time. Damn shame they got axed.

Wow Joe,that 1/200 Gato must be awesome I’m glad everybody’s enjoying it.I’m jealous because there’s no way I can keep up with you guys. Keep em coming !!!

Holy smokes, Joe! That is a haul!! Nice variety of subjects.

@Tojo, how do you like the Meng M1?

Looks good in the box,my experience with their T-90 encouraged me to go for this one,and it was only $54 including shipping.

Cool!!! I’ll take 'em!!! lol

Impressive Joe! You keep going and you’re gonna need a bigger bus. lolol

my daughter got me this star wars kit Boba Fett the only words in english is the title .well my years in Fuji Xerox will pay off again lol

Freekin’ nice fetch there Nick. [Y]

No photos, but my last kit purchases were the 1/48 P-40B kits by Airfix and Bronco. I haven’t started them yet, but I was curious to see the Airfix kit–I think it’s a great kit, the detractors can all cram it with walnuts–and to build them both side-by-side with one of my Monogram P-40Bs.

My latest acquisitions overall are a bunch of 54mm figure kits, for my Seven Years War collection, and some out-of-print Hecker & Goros Bavarian civilians in Tracht (ie, their native folk dress-men in Lederhosen, ladies in Dirndls) for another collection I have. My gray army is bigger than my model kit stash.

Best regards,

Brad

That is very cool! Nice snag for sure.

Thanks Joe, Although I’ve added quite a bit to my stash, I have managed to keep it down enough that I am able to store all my kits in the man hangar. This is now a necessity as the wife unit has taken up all available space in the storage bus that I created as I moved boxes of models out. Lol!

I actually bought some new kits for some GBs coming up. They just arrived a few minutes ago while I was on my much break.

Ah, the two converted battle cruisers to carriers… beautiful

Those are two righteous acquisitions Scott. Nice.

I’ll second that!!

I recently attended my first IPMS show in Seattle with my son. We both had a great time. There were so many amazing pieces. Anyways this is what $85 got me… The old airfix spit was a gift that one of the vendors so generously gave to my son.
