I had contacted the designer of them, and followed his suggestion of getting replacements. Sent the pics to Shapeways and they are re-printing them and sending at no charge.
Now that is GREAT customer service.

I was pleasantly shocked! Iād bought small 3D printed stuff before but this is about 1 foot/30cm long and a solid hunk of plastic probably at least a pound/.5 kilos. And the detail is amazing, they just take the 3D model from the game, send it out to the 3D printing company, and they run off a copy. Itās all one piece of plastic!
Iām just amazed at the detail and complexity!
Only real complaint is the faceted nose section where in the ingame version itās a smooth curve. Guess the 3D printer wonāt do the curve. Iāve thought about sanding the thing down but Iām not sure I could match the paint and itās so nicely painted I donāt want to try to repaint the whole thing.
Dang!! The name of that thing is bigger than the model! It is nice, though. Looks almost like it was carved from a wooden block, then all the panel lines scribed into it.
Gary Mason
NICE!!! Itās 1/72nd scale, correct? If itās 1/48th, that thing is gonna be HUGE!!
1/72, but 1/48 would be cool too!
Ooooh! I like it. I like it a lot.
it would still be big at 1/72 , does it give dimensions ?
Nice, i built the Z-1 a few years back. Its a good size but not as big as you would think. Wingspan was about the same as a B-17.
Edit: Tok this at the time as someone had asked about the size and i had not long built a B-17.
I bought stuff.

The alpine and verlinden figures I bought for a really good price! The amount of detail is pretty amazing on alpine.
Found these Miniart Bundeswehr figures. Think these are some of the best plastic figures Iāve seen. A couple of them will be added to my Tamiya Leopard 2A6 once I get around to building it.
Found this ICM Ural 4320 with East German Infantry for cheap. Really only got it for the NVA infantry. I think apart from these figures there have only been a couple metal figures made years ago. The truck looks alright. It was an early effort from ICM so itās a little rough in places.
Cool stuff guys!
German Armour: Nice haul there! Those Alpine figures are amazing, the detail on them is incredible.
Grey Snake: Nice sets of figures there! I picked up this set of modern German tankers. I like yours better, the Meng has two figures in winter uniform and two in summer. So you can only use two figures out of the set in any tank⦠[bnghead]
Gamera: Iāve looked at the Meng set a few times and it doesnāt do much for me. Two of the figures in the set have the (Schutzweste Infanterie) or Infantry Protective Vest, which is standard issue for troops stationed in hostile areas. If I want to be 100% accurate I couldnāt use those figures in something such as a Leopard since the issue of the vest to my knowledge.
I just received the new Broncos 1/35 M19 A1 40mm gmc. Itās very nice and complex. I have built the Duster from Bronco so it will be a nice companion to it. I also bought a Tamiya 1/35 Pzfpkw 2ausf C, to replace one I did build several years ago, but was boxed up, with 4 other kits and then lost. I hope to find them. It has been 5 years and I have looked everywhere for them. My wife and others had to move my built models to make room for a new bed for a medical emergency I had. They did a great job, except for those 5 kits. Iāve rebuilt 2 of them. Iāll probably find them all when Iāve redone them all. But one is out of production right now. Oh well, cāest la vie. (By the way, Iām better now.)
Birthday haul!
And this monster - didnāt realize how big it was going to be
Same scale 737
Oh wow! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Great haul!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Very nice additions to your stash!!
Havenāt added anything new to the stash for a while. I have been after a Hummel for a few years to go with the Cyber Hobby Munitions carrier, and opted for the new Tamiya kit.
Nice haul John, happy B-Day.
Keavdog, LOVE the 747, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
My wife just let me order the 35th Trumpy Moser Gerat on rail transport for my b-day.
