Excellent, superb paintwork and thoughtful historic subject. The soldiers wandering around the abandoned railyard are a good story, spent a while looking at your photos.
Fantastic work, the attention to detail is top notch. Wish i could look at it person to find all the little details.
I believe in my 55+ years in the hobby, thatās one of most amazing dioramas Iāve ever seen. Truly a master craftsman at work.
Awesome diorama! Very nicely done. This thing must be huge!
Love the birds detail on the locomotive
Oh my goodness! I love the details, the photos, and just how alive everything feels! Very inspiring and beautiful
Amazing job on this oneā¦definitely an award winner if I ever saw one.
I was thinking the same. If I could do the 7 primary models here with even half the detail, I would consider it a major accomplishment. Then add all the scene details and figuresā¦wow
Many thanks!
22" X 34", to be exact
Not exactly easy to carry around!
A lot of adjectives have been used to describe this diorama. Mine is āspectacularā. You did a magnificent job here and you have to admit that the pandemic did afford people a lot of free time to produce works like yours. I know. Someone mentioned the pigeons. I like the two soldiers trying to coax the cat from under the locomotive and the old railroad rusted wheels really caught my attention, especially since Iām a retired train supervisor.
Many thanks!
Actually, I was still working full time during the pandemicāIām a retired nurse. This project probably would have taken less time if I was stuck at home.
