I have just purchased a huge lot of miniatures , in the lot was two cases of Polly paint for D&D some of them when shaken mix to a liquid and some of them are hard as a rock it appears ( they are still sealed ) I am wondering is there a way to save these , full disclosure they will be sold so I am not sure if opening them is beneficial thank you for your help

For the paints that have hardened into solids, or thick chunks, it cant be saved as the acrylic has cured and cant be brought back. If its a thick liquid you can try adding a few drops of distilled water, or Tamiya acryllic thinner. See if that helps.
