I’ve gotta say that the Nov 2003 issue has got to be the best issue of FSM that I’ve ever read. For once in my life, I actually couldn’t finish reading it in just one day. Packed with excellent articles, photos and tips. I hope all futuer issues will read like this one. I also want to put my plug in for increasing the frequency to 12 issues/year (or more!). It’d be worth a higher subscription rate.
Oh, stop, you’re gonna make us turn red! [:I]
The issue was a lot of fun to put together–and a lot of work, too, because of the additional 30 pages of articles.
I have to second ShamRage, I still haven’t finished mine, but so far the T34 in a weekend is definitely my FAVORITE. Bob
Bob~
I just knew you were a man of exceptional taste, intelligence, and discernment…[;)]
you did a good job Lawrence, I liked that article too!
The scary part was that I’d originally planned to do a different model, and I’d acquired two copies of that kit so I’d have a backup in case something went wrong with the first one. At the last minute I decided the T-34 was better for the project, but I had only one copy of that kit. No doubt in the event of a calamity I could have found another somewhere, but there was this little thing called a “deadline” making everything complicated…[:0]
Great story! Thanks for a great mag.
