I wonder if someone would be able to help me.
I have never received a notification. I’m subscribed to a number of posts and I have ticked all the boxes in regards to emails and communications. Is there something else I need to do. Thanks for your help.

When did you subscribe to those posts? The reason I am asking is that many of us are no longer getting e-mail notifications ater last week’s outage.

I’m aware of posts appearing from people not getting notifications when previously they were. I’ve been subscribed to posts for over two years, thought it was something I wasn’t doing that it wasn’t even intermittent. Thanks for replying.

I think I have things set/entered correctly. But I do not receive emails on Topics I am subscribed to, when they are updated by other people.
Can someone assist?
Still have this problem? Just wondering cause I’m also trying to fix it. When I go into my profile is says I’m not subscribed to anything but I know I’ve checked the boxes. Super annoying when your waiting for advise or if you are running a GB.

Yeah, Ive been holding off and started reading through these but then just ended up sending a message to Elizabeth. I get absolutely no notifications anymore and if I go into my profile I’m no longer subscribed to anything. I cant logout on my PC. On my phone I cant log in. Spell check would be nice if it worked again but its still works in the quick reply for me. We will see how this goes.
I have not received notifications since the outage in January 2020 (12 months ago). I have asked numerous times if someone could look into this. Still not fixed.
If and when I do get a response from FSM I’ll post it in here since its the same issue. No response yet on my messaging them Thursday morning.
