If you have an Ink-jet printer, it’s fairly easly to make to make your own decals…
As for transferring the artwork to your computer, that’s kinda out of my lane, but once you do (Do it as Bitmap), just print it out on white decal paper (I get mine at Hobby Lobby) and then spray it with Testor’s Decal Bonder… Coloring it is easy enough with MS Paint…
There’s also a gal on Ebay that makes and sells pin-up decals for custom Nose-art… I bought a coulple sheets of her “Varga Girls” 1/48 sheets… Each contains about 30 different pin-up decals… That one looks like a copy of one of the many pin-ups done by Alberto Vargas (Many, many “gals” were) for Esquire magazine in the 40’s… I’ll get you a link to her later today… Gotta find the decal sheet first…
Hey John small world, yes there is certainly a lot of reference material on there, there should be I’ve been collating it for the 12 years the site has been there
not sure if this will help… but look up the dude vance crozier on here, he’s helped me out with some art work. then get a good printer, or a friend with one, and print to some decal paper. If he’s not to busy, he might be willing to help…
